Starting mid-September in Keela, you’ll find a Beta page where you can explore and test upcoming features before they are officially released in the platform. This gives you the opportunity to try out new features and updates early, while helping our Product Team improve them based on your feedback and usage.
What does “Beta” mean?
“Beta” refers to a version of a feature that’s still being finalized. It’s functional and ready for you to use, but we’re still gathering data and feedback to refine it before officially providing it for the entire user base. As you’re using a beta version of a feature, you’ll be prompted to respond to a survey in Keela where you can provide feedback and even schedule time to meet with our team to talk about your experience.
- Why try Beta? You’ll get early access to new features, and you’ll have the chance to have an impact on the development of these features.
- Why does Keela use Beta? Your experience helps shape the final version of each feature, ensuring it meets the real needs of nonprofits before it’s fully released.
- Do I have to use Beta? No. Beta features are completely optional. You can turn them on or off at any time.
How to Access Beta Features
- Log in to your Keela account.
- Navigate to your Organization Settings.
- Select Beta from the top menu bar.
- On the Beta page, you’ll see a list of all features currently available in Beta.
- To enable a Beta feature, simply slide the toggle On.
- To disable it, return to this page at any time and slide the toggle Off.
What’s Next?
Over the coming months, more features will be added to the Beta page. Each one will come with its own toggle so you can decide which Beta experiences you’d like to try.
By enabling Beta features, you’re playing an important role in shaping Keela to be the best donor management and outreach solution for nonprofits everywhere. Thank you for helping us build the best version of Keela together!
