Smart Ask and Contact Insights failure
Is anyone else experiencing a failure of the Smart Ask function? And Contact Insights completely disappearing from Contacts?
Between testing our Tax Appeal and launching our Tax Appeal it has failed, which resulted in the donation forms glitching to only display a $5 dollar handle rather than tailored for each contact. And Contact Insights have just disappeared entirely from each contact.
I raised this with the Keela team a week ago when I noticed it upon launching our appeal but it is still not resolved. Pretty disappointing given it is Tax Appeal season here in Australia and it is having a real impact on our fundraising and maximising donor asks.
