Cloudray blocked access

Is anyone else getting this blocked access to Keela from Cloudray - its been over a week and Keela has not responded to my error issue and I am falling behind in work

  Do you mean Cloudflare Ray ID? I haven't experienced this issue. 

  Here are a few things you could try:

  1. Different browser. Resetting that browser to default (clearing cache, cookies; disabling extensions)
  2. Different location (even switching to cell hotspot vs local wifi in the same location would work)
  3. Different device (can you get in on your phone? Keela's phone interface is not great, but that would confirm it's not an account issue)
  4. If on VPN, trying without VPN. 

  If you're able to get in using one of those things, then you know there's something about your setup that's an issue. Usually with Cloudflare, an IP is blocked because it's thought to be a security risk. If you're travelling in Russia, for example, and trying to use Keela from there, that could be difficult.
