Issues with Send Grid integration

I really don't see how you're going to get it to work without the MX records. Those are fairly essential.

Why would you not be able to receive replies to your corporate emails if you add those?

We host our domain with Go Daddy and our corporate emails are hosted by google.  Our google rep advised us to not change the MX setting for the following reason:

    The MX Record (Reply Tracking)

Please note that if you change the MX records, emails will stop being received in Google and will go to the new provider, unless you have a routing rule or forwarding rule from the new provider to Google.

Looking at my DNS zone, I still have the MX records section pointing to Zohomail, who hosts our email. (We didn't have charitable status when I set all this up; Zoho was easier than google at the time, and I haven't been able to stomach the effort of migrating now that we have google workspace.)

The Keela Sendgrid records are in a separate Custom Records section.

I did botch it for a bit in the fall when I saw those sendgrid records there and thought they were maybe left over from when we used to use LittleGreenLight so deleted them. But then when I noticed that my Keela mail wasn't working properly, I put them back in and all is good now.

I hope the Keela people respond to your support request. I just followed the instructions from the knowledgebase, and it worked for me.
