report for first time donors and donors who haven't donated since 2019

Hello!

I'm wondering if there is a way to generate a report that meets the following requirements:

- includes donors whose first time donation is between October 1, 2021 - Sept. 30, 2022

- includes donors who donated before Oct 1, 2019, but then lapsed and did not donate again until between Oct 1, 2021 - Sept 30, 2022.

Note: I'd prefer if the report didn't include donations from 2019, but if that's the only way to generate the rest of the report; I can always remove the data I don't need after exporting.

I'm still quite new to keela so thanks in advance for any tips or tricks you can offer!

  Thanks for posting your question!

  For the donors whose first donation is between October 1, 2021 - September 30, 2022 you want to use the following filter when setting up a Custom Contacts Report:

  

  For the donors who donated before Oct 1, 2019, but then lapsed and did not donate again until between Oct 1, 2021 - Sept 30, 2022. There is not a report in Keela that will get you this list of contacts. I would recommend exporing your donors who donated before October 1, 2019 and then the donors for Oct 1, 2021-Sep 30, 2022 and then doing some cross checking in Excel as Keela will not be able to generate this report. The reason is that it will pull donors who donated in the "lapsed" period due to our filter logic.
