Hi, We want to create a segment to engage contacts who have specific roles within their organisation (in our case, we are targeting community development staff in councils and larger NFPs). I have found a way to filter ALL contacts who work for councils (with a lot of manual org selection because there is no "matches search" filter for the company field in contacts), or I could search for contacts with community in their title (except that the search is broken - it doesn't find known records that do exist). Even if the filter on search term was working, I still can't filter by role AND company simultaneously.
What other approaches can we try to achieve a list of all contacts who work in similar roles across a filtered group of companies? Are we back on the street using Excel again?
