Can I add sections/headers to forms?

Our volunteer sign up forms are quite long, and we have multiple different sections. i.e., Personal details, References, Identity documents etc. All in one form without headers or explanation text for more complex questions is quite overwhelming!

Is there a way to section forms to break it up a bit?

For example:

Personal Information
Form fields relating to personal information

Identity documents
Form fields relating to identity documents

Alternatively, is there a way to only embed certain parts of a form on a website, so I can format it there but still have all the information contained in one form in Keela?
