Filtering out inactive contacts

I'm curious to know if there is a way to filter out all of the 'dead' contacts, specifically those who don't even open our emails. I tried using the filter [Interactions > Delivery Status > Does not contain any of > Opened] but that generated a list of almost all our contacts.

  Hi Stefania,

  Thanks for pointing this out. This is more useful than my other approach, but strangely the 'Not Engaged' category includes contacts who have donated and opened emails within the last couple months. I would ideally like to narrow it down to those who have had absolutely no engagement in the last year so that they can be removed.
