Replacing Mailchimp with Keela
HI folks! Not sure if this is a redundant post but didn't find anything in an initial search.
We're looking to save some money (like everyone!) and figured we could possibly get rid of Mailchimp for sending newsletters. The issue I'm having is figuring out what the sign-up sheet would look like. What Keela function would help us for this purpose? I'm specifically wondering about creating a landing page (this is what our current one looks like) https://mailchi.mp/shejumps/shejumps-signup
Basically, there would be no donation attached to these individuals (which is fine!) but wasn't sure how to go about setting up a landing page in Keela. If it would be a form or if there is a workaround!
Thanks!

Hi Claire,
I hope you're having a great Friday so far!
Glad to hear that you're looking to move your newsletters to Keela!
You can definitely create a landing page for your sign-up page. This is done via a Keela form! We recommend using the Subscription Form for this purpose. You can learn all about Subscription forms here.
If a contact completes the form and they check "Subscribe me to your newsletter", their Subscription Status will automatically be updated to Opted-In in Keela. You can also ask your contact about their interests using a Custom Question. That way, you can segment your contacts for specific newsletter communications! Here is a subscription form I just whipped up to show you:
