Run a Report for Transactions from a specific Form

I don't see a filter to run a report on all the transactions originating from a specific Form. Could someone help me figure out how to do this? Thank you!

  Hi Emily,

  I haven't been able to find any built in filters for this but there's a 'Responses' tab in the options for forms where you can select all the transactions and export them to a .csv file.

  However, the work around that we are using for this is setting up exclusive campaigns for each form. So our general donation form has the campaign "general donation form responses" then you can set up a report using that campaign as the filter. Unfortunately I haven't found anyway to retroactively change all the transactions from a form to have that campaign except to manually change them.
