How to resend emails to non-openers?

Hi,

We are currently sending out Email Marketing eDms to our contacts, however there doesn't seem to be an easy way to re-send that email to those that have not opened it. Mailchimp has this feature and it is very useful -does Keela have a similar function? Or a suggestion as to how to do this without having to manually type in the " Exclude" column contacts that have opened the email?

  You need to create a separate email marketing to send it to those contacts that did not open it.

  Hiya, 
  In addition to the above, you can create your list by creating a 'Tag' and then in your original email clicking on the 'unopened' list > actions > 'Add to Tag'. Once you've duplicated your original email, you just select that new tag you made as your recipient list :)
