Managing duplicates in bulk
We're new to Keela and have been onboarding the last couple of weeks. I imported all our contacts first and then imported transactions. I was worried about the import creating hundreds of duplicates with my contacts so I read all the info and watched all the videos and triple checked my data to make sure I had the IDs and emails matched up which as far as I can tell it did. But I came out of it with 600+ duplicates. In many cases it created a new contact for each transaction which gave me 10+ duplicates of a single contact.
Is there a way to deal with this in bulk? Exporting the contacts, cleaning, and re-importing? Not really sure how that will help since the info is in Keela. Do I just need to suck it up and do it manually? Did anyone else have this issue? I should also add that I also did a test import to make sure this wouldn't happen and the test seemed to work fine, so I'm a little annoyed and wondering what user error this is or if this has been a common experience with others.

Rachel Disney the duplicate manager only handles individually merging contacts. You could use that, but 600 is a lot to go through.
Your alternate option is to delete and re-import it all again. That may or may not be viable.
