Cannot edit canned text at bottom of Membership Confirmation

If you would like to cancel your membership, you can do so anytime. Please note that your membership will be 'active' until the end of the plan period, but terminated immediately when it ends. Cancel Membership

We are a Friends of the Library organization that has annual memberships based on the amount of donation that is sent for the fiscal year. There is no concept of canceling a membership, as there would be no prorated refund or such.

How can we remove that block of canned text? Thank you!
