Email Marketing Image Size Issue

Has anyone had issues with Email Marketing showing a preview that looks correct but upon a test email the image sizes changes and everything is thrown out of whack? Any advice on how to rectify without going back and forth resizing images and sending test emails.

  Hi Claudia,

  Thanks for sending your question to our Community :) 

  It likely has to do with the email provider receiving the Email Marketing (e.g. Gmail, Outlook). Email providers all have specific formatting standards and settings that Keela does not have control over. This can affect the way text, images, etc. are displayed in the emails. 

  We recommend sending a 'test' email and viewing it from different email providers before sending if you want to take a look at how email providers display it.
