Membership cards?

We are a museum and need to issue our members with membership cards. I'm curious if other folks out there also need to issue cards and what they're doing as a solution. We're talking about using another software that issues digital membership cards, but many of our donors prefer a hard copy, and we'd like to try and figure this out without investing in another program.
