Printing acknowledgement letters?

Hi! We're a new Keela user, and trying to figure out the best way to send snail-mail acknowledgement letters. I know there's the auto receipt + letter feature, but the majority of our donors are older and prefer a hard copy. We can't be the only organization with this need. How are others handling it? Right now I'm thinking the old-school method of exporting the list of donors and doing a simple mail merge in Word.

  Hi Laura, I see you sent this 4 months ago but if you're manually putting in cash/cheque or card donations you have the option under 'receipting' to 'Generate receipt and letter from print and mail'. Clicking that and continuing with the gift details and then when submitted click on the receipt and letter to download and print as you would. 

  To help me out, I also created an automation to set a 'to-do' reminder to download and print the receipts if I've had to do many transactions at once. The to-do is triggered if the donor doesn't have an email so it isn't triggering for every gift. 
  
  If your also saying they are donating online and would like a mailed receipt in addition to the email, you can go into the transaction on their profile and download and print the receipt/letter.

  Hi I do not find "Receipting" I only see receipted under Receipt Status... but I don't even have the donor's email. Please advise. ASAP.  THX

  Hi Benjamin, I don't work for Keela apologies, but you can reach out to their customer support if you need assistance. 
  
  The 'Receipting' is only while you're manually entering a donation. If it is showing as 'receipted' you can click on the receipt and download to print and send it to your donor :)
