Reoccuring Options

Hi, we are new to Keela and we're in the process of asking our reoccuring donors to switch to Keela, however, I've noticed some issues with the form when it comes to setting up a reoccuring donation.

I can't find in the form designer on how to set up having them enter how often they'd like to give, on what date and when to start this donation. I've attached a screen shot of our old systems form asking those questions.

Is this not an option on Keela? Or will people setting up reoccuring be forced to start giving on the day they enter their information?

Thanks for sending your question.

When someone donates via a Keela form and they set up a recurring donation, it will start the day that they submit the form!

From Keela's side, you'll be able to set up which intervals you want: one-time, weekly, monthly, and annual.
