Managing volunteer data/records within Keela

I'm setting up a new section and fields within Keela to manage volunteer data and looking for advise from others who manage volunteer records. Keela has two helpful videos on the subject, but wondering if any Keela users have any suggestions or lessons learned they could share. Or other training videos you'd suggest beyond the two Keela has on the subject. Thank you!
