Forms - saving as an (individual) PDF
I'm new to Keela and wondering if there is an easy way to save the data from a form as a PDF rather than a CSV file. For example, we have a confidentiality form that volunteers are required to sign. I'd like to be able to save the data from an individual contact who completes this form and upload it to a document (attachment) field within their profile. I know there's an option to view the form in the transitions tab, however from a risk management perspective, I'd prefer to have copy of the form in the contact's file. I was hoping to use a Keela form rather than another tool like Jotform as there don't seem to be Keela integrations for external form tools. Thanks for any suggestions or work arounds.

Hi Michael,
Great question! You can export form responses to PDF files and then you can save it to their contact profile.
You can learn more here on exporting form responses: https://support.keela.co/hc/en-us/articles/360054112111-Exporting-Your-Form-Responses
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks for the tip Stefania, I've tried a test export to individual PDF's. In my exports folder it shows as a draft and I'm not able to open or download the document. Does it normally take more than 15 minutes to prepare the document? I assume when its ready it will provide an action option to download?
