Multiple Donors on one cheque

We are new Keela users and are just setting up our data to be exported from Basic Funder to Keela. We have two scenarios for donors that we are having difficulty finalizing how the information should be entered into Keela. We are hoping that there are non-profit users in the forum that might be able to assist.

1) Funeral Homes take donations on behalf of multiple donors at their location and then send the payment in one large cheque from the funeral home with a list of all the donors. We are looking for suggestions on how others manage these transactions, connecting the donors to the actual cheque.

2) We receive grants from Foundations that are also multiple donors from one cheque or deposit. These donors hold their funds at the Foundation and again, the cheque comes in one large amount, divided into multiple amounts per donor. In this case, we do not have the donor's address etc. We only have their fund name and then, possibly, the name of the individual in charge of the fund. 

We would appreciate any suggestions or examples of how other companies enter these transactions into Keela.
