How can you tell a v1 form from a V2 form?

I'm about to start the process of converting our v1 forms to v2.  How can I tell if the form is v1 or v2?

  At this point, if it is a Donation or Subscription form, it's V2; if it is a Revenue or Custom form, it's still V1 (although those are scheduled to be added to the V2 editor and phased out of V1 sometime this year, too).
  
  Outside of that or knowing the look/functionality differences, other way that I've found to differentiate between a V1 and V2 form is to edit the form in your admin dashboard, then click on the DESIGNER tab. Now, look at your page URL: if you see a "v2-designer" at the end of the URL string, then you know it's a V2 form. (eg: https://can.keela.co/forms/AbCdEfG123456/v2-designer).
