Certain email providers are soft bouncing e-blasts

    Thanks for sending your question! 

    Soft bounces can occur due to several reasons. The receipient's email provider is not accepting the email for various reasons - i.e. the recipient's inbox may be full or the image file might be too large. 

    Keela will attempt to deliver the message for 72 hours. 

    You can re-try to email those recipients to see if they are receiving the email the second time!
