Certain email providers are soft bouncing e-blasts
Hello, I send a weekly newsletter to our members and for the last two weeks our e-blast has been "soft bounced" by cox.net, icloud.com, and mac.com. Is there a setting that I need to fix or something else I can do to get the e-blast to deliver to those addresses?

Thanks for sending your question!
Soft bounces can occur due to several reasons. The receipient's email provider is not accepting the email for various reasons - i.e. the recipient's inbox may be full or the image file might be too large.
Keela will attempt to deliver the message for 72 hours.
You can re-try to email those recipients to see if they are receiving the email the second time!
