You've put all of your blood, sweat and tears into building a new Form (of course, we hope not literally). Now, it's time to kick back and relax as you manage these Forms!
Once you've published your form, you'll notice one or two new tabs (depending on the type of Form you're working with). We'll cover these tabs, as well as the Overview Tab here.
Overview Tab
The Overview Tab provides you with some general insights to your Form and some tools for managing it's status.
(Number of responses, Form Status, etc). We'll cover this in more detail here
Preview Button
The Preview button, like it's name suggests, allows you to see how your form looks once it has been published!
Actions Button
The Action button allows you to make changes and adjustments to the settings of your form. Click on the button to access the below drop-down list.
- Edit - The Edit option will allow you to adjust any of the information fields that were available when you were first creating your Form such as the Form's Name or the Campaign that it is connected to.
- Duplicate - Use this to save a new copy of the form! Keep in mind, this is an exact duplication (Form Type, Format, etc.)
- Archive - The Archive option allows you to save the form and its responses in your Form Archive so that it will no longer appear in your Forms section.
- Delete - This option allows you to permanently remove the Form from your Keela account. This action cannot be undone, so be mindful when deleting forms!
Change Status
You can unpublish or close a form once it has been published.
Form Responses
Once you've made your form public you may start to receive responses. A quick overview of these will be available in this section and you can find a more detailed outlook in the Responses Tab.
Fundraising Tab
This tab will only appear if you have built a Donation Form. On this tab, you will see the transactions associated to the form!
There are two options that you can choose from when you click on the Fundraising Tab:
Transactions
Here you will see the details of any single payments that have been made through your form. These are once-off donations or revenue payments that have been charged to a contact's credit card or PayPal account.
Scheduled Recurring
Here you will see the details of any recurring payments that have been made through your form. These are ongoing donations series charged to the donor.
Responses
Once your form has been shared with the world, you may start to receive responses from your Contacts and Donors. These Responses will be displayed in the Responses tab of your Form and there are a couple of different functions that you can perform here.
Here, you can view Form responses and export them!
FAQ
I'm missing form responses for certain fields on my form!
In the Form Response Tab, you'll only see responses that the contact provided on a form. If they did not complete a question, then this won't appear for that contact on the Form Response tab.
