What is Keela?
Keela is fundraising and donor management software that gives you powerful tools to reach new audiences, raise more for your cause, and build a lifelong community of supporters. Our built-in tools allow you to store and organize contact information, track fundraising progress, collect donations and information via forms, engage in mass outreach to contacts and donors, target lists of contacts based on their behavior (Keela is smart), and much more!
How do I access Keela?
Make sure one of your Keela team members adds you as a user to the Keela account. You will then want to accept your invitation to Keela following these steps. If you run into any roadblocks logging in, please reach out to support@keela.com.
How do I use it?
Great question! To get started on navigating the system, we recommend watching the session below which walks you through the general navigation of Keela and an overview of each tool and what the tool is used for. Keep in mind this is a high-level overview, we have more resources on each tool that we will explore a bit later!
