Import Validation (00:02)

Prepped your data for import, but not quite sure if you got it just right? This tool is your new best friend. Keela's brand new Import Validation tool will show you any errors in your CSV file that do not meet Keela's data formatting requirements. We will even specify the exact rows where you can locate the errors.

Once you locate and adjust the errors in your file, you can re-upload and re-validate your data. After confirming your data is valid, the system will prompt you to the next step: Import to Keela. For more information on this feature, head to Import Statuses and Import Validation Error Codes.

Transaction Statuses (06:26)

We have added a number of new statuses on transaction profiles to make sure you are up to date on the transaction's evolution! Under each individual transaction profile, you will now find the following fields. For the details on each status, head to Transaction Status.

Communications Recipients (10:44)

When sending an Email Marketing or Direct Mail from the Communications tool you will now be able to see the number of 'Recipients' on your audience list. This link is clickable and will show you a list of all Recipients.

Contact Field Updates & Additions (10:59)

Creation Date

This field now falls under individual contact profiles in the 'Admin' section and will specify the day the contact was created in the Keela system. As a bonus, this is now also an exportable field.

Origin ID

You are now able to edit the Origin ID of a contact.

Deceased

Contacts can now be marked as ‘Deceased’. When a contact is marked as deceased, they will have a grey ‘Deceased’ badge on their profile and their email subscription status will automatically be set to ‘Opted-Out’ and the solicitation to ‘No’. As an addition, we now have a ‘Deceased’ filter and the field is exportable.

Premium Feature Trials (12:48)

You can now trial Keela's newest Premium Feature Peer-to-Peer for 14 days! Each Premium Feature trial (Peer-to-Peer and Automation) will come with a countdown in the left-hand corner of your account indicating the remaining days included in your trial.
