Duplicate an Email Marketing
Whether you've already sent your Email Marketing communication or it's still sitting pretty in your Drafts, you may find yourself wanting to duplicate it or create a template.
- Create a Template - great for when you'd like to use Email Marketing regularly.
- Duplicate - great for when you want to re-use once.
Click on Communications in the sidebar > Click on the Email Marketing that you would like to duplicate or make a template of
In the Overview tab, click on the Actions button > Click Duplicate or Create Email Template
Complete the requested information > Click Save

You'll be taken to the Content tab of your newly created Email Marketing if you've duplicated or the Template Preview if you created a Template.
Don't forget to change any of the details that you need to before sending it out if using the duplicate option!
Export your Email Marketing to a PDF
You've created a beautiful Email Marketing and sent it to your email recipients, but you'd also like to share a PDF version.
Click on Communications in the sidebar > Click on the Sent Email Marketing that you would like to convert to a PDF
In the Overview tab, click on the Actions button > Click Export Email Marketing - PDF
When the download is ready, a preview will be provided. Please click the Download button to proceed.
