How does it work?
Step 1 - Publish a Keela Form on your website
Step 2 - Submit the URL/link of the website page that contains the Keela Form below (before September 30th)
Step 3 - We'll announce the winner of the competition in October's Customer Newsletter (October 7th, 2021)
What's the prize?
The winner can choose either a $100 Donation towards their organization or a $100 credit that will be applied on their next Keela subscription renewal or upgrade.

When do Entries close?
Entries close at 4:00pm PST on September 30th, 2021. Make sure you submit your website before then for your chance to win!
Does the form have to be published on my website?
Yes. In order to be eligible your Keela Form must be published on your website. The form can be embedded directly into your website or linked to a button. If your form is linked to a button on your website, please indicate this in your submission.
Can I submit multiple forms?
Yes! If you have multiple forms on your Keela website, you can submit each Form as a separate entry. Please indicate which form you are referring to in each separate submission.
