If you try to access the Email Marketing or Direct Mail builder within the Communications tool and you are seeing a blank screen or it is not loading, it might be that you are accessing Keela using a different browser. Keela works best on Google Chrome so we always recommend that you access your Keela account using Chrome.
If you are still having issues after using Google Chrome, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
- Restart your browser
