Now that you've created your workflow and established exactly when your Contacts will enter it, it's time to start adding Stages to it!
Add a Stage
Click on the Add a Stage button

Customize the Stage
Tip: Each stage has its own level of customization. We've included a summary of each type below as well as links to a specific article that deep dives into how to use each.
What types of Stages can I add?
If / Else stage
The If / Else stage lets you create different paths or funnels for your Contacts to be taken on in their journey. You'll be able to say IF a Contact matches THIS filter THEN this will happen.

Wait for Trigger
The Wait for Trigger stage let's you pause the workflow until something specific happens to the Contact (a trigger). Triggers can include things like if a Tag is added to this Contact's profile, if they open an email or if they make a payment to your organization.

Delay Next Stage
The Delay Next Stage stage lets you pause the workflow until a specific period of time has elapsed. If your Contact enters the workflow, Keela will wait this amount of time before moving them onto the next Stage.

Actions
The Actions Stage stage lets you choose a specific automated action that Keela should perform for this Contact - they are the bread and butter of workflows! You can choose things like sending an email, interacting with your team members or adding/removing some information from the Contact's profile.
