In your account's Organization Settings, you have the ability to customize the Receipts and Letters that are sent out to your Contacts, at an organization level. We talk about this in great detail in our Setting up your Receipts - Acknowledgement Letters article.
In the upcoming weeks, we'll be introducing a brand new feature that will allow you to customize the Receipts and Letters for your Donation or Revenue payments, at a Campaign or Impact Area level.
How do I customize the Receipts and Letters for a Campaign?
Navigate to your Campaign > Click on the Receipts & Letters tab > Ensure that the toggle for Logo and Header and/or Acknowledgement Letters is turned on > Click on the grey Edit icons
How do I customize the Receipts and Letters for an Impact Area?
Navigate to your Impact Area> Click on the Receipts & Letters tab > Ensure that the toggle for Logo and Header and/or Acknowledgement Letters is turned on > Click on the grey Edit icons
What if a payment has both a Campaign AND an Impact Area on it?
If a payment is logged in your account, and it's connected to a Campaign and an Impact Area that both have Customized receipts turned on, Keela will follow a very specific hierarchy when choosing which customization to send.
Keela will send off the customized letter for the Campaign before the Impact Area. The only way to send off the customized Impact Area letter is to have the associated Campaign's Letters toggled off.
