Step 2: Book a Welcome Call With Your Professional Services Representative
You will receive an email from your Keela Relationship Manager with a link to book your Welcome Call! Click on the link and book a time that works for you - please feel free to invite other members of your team to this call.
Step 3: Prepare the Following Prior to Your Welcome Call
Please have your Stripe and/or PayPal and/or username and password ready prior to the scheduled time for your Welcome Call - your Professional Services Representative will need this information to complete the integration. If you do not have an account yet, create one prior to the Welcome Call
Note that your payment processor may send authentication codes to the phone number connected with your account for security purposes - please have this phone with you during the call
Step 4: We Will Integrate Your Selected Payment Processor(s) With Your Keela Account!
Your Professional Services Representative will integrate your selected payment processor(s) with your Keela account during the Welcome Call so you can be sure it is safely and successfully completed!
