Did you accidentally delete or merge a contact? No worries! Using the contact restoration tool in Keela, you can restore contacts to the Keela system up to 90 days after a deletion/merge took place. 

Keela will even tell you when the contact was merged or deleted and by whom if you need follow-up:

How do I restore a contact?

1. In your account navigate to Organization Settings

2. Select the tab Restore Contacts

3. Select the contacts you would like to restore > select Actions > Restore Contacts

If you need to drill down into the list of deleted contacts, use a filter based on: 

• Contact Type
• Date of Removal
