Deleting Contacts
Below we walk you through the steps on how to delete one or multiple contacts at once. Import Note: Deleting Contacts cannot be undone, so please be extra careful that you only delete contacts you are sure that you want to remove.
Deleting a Single Contact
Contacts > search and select the contact you want to Delete > clicking the three dots button > select Delete Contact.
Deleting One or More Contacts
Delete contacts from the Contacts Overview > selecting contacts > clicking the Actions button > selecting Delete.
TIP: make sure you add the 'Fundraising Transactions' filter > 'Frequency' with the logic 'Is Empty', if you want to make sure you only delete Contacts without any transactions.
Deleting Contacts in Bulk
Contacts Overview > Filter the Contacts you want to delete > Select All Pages > clicking the Actions button > selecting Delete.

Restoring Contacts
Have you or a teammate deleted a contact by accident, or changed your mind about a deletion? It happens! No worries, you can always restore contacts but going to 'Organization Settings' and heading to the 'Restore Contacts' tab.
Here you will see a list of contacts that were deleted in the last 90 days. Note that we do not keep a record of contacts beyond 90 days.
Select the contacts that you would like to restore and click 'Actions' > 'Restore Contacts' > 'Confirm'
