There are five different types of Forms that we can create for you as part of your Professional Services. Check the quote that you signed if you'd like a reminder on which Form(s) you purchased.

Donation Form

Step 1 - Provide our Requested information

Send through the following information to services@keela.com:

  • The website URL of your existing donation form (if applicable)
  • Any extra questions that you would like us to ask your Donors on the form
  • Any bits of information that you need to collect/track from your Donors on the form
  • Any logos, images or colour schemes that you would like to be included on the form (if you've included a website URL of an existing donation form, we'll take these details from there)

Step 2 - We'll Create Your Donation Form

We'll create your donation form and send it through to you for review! You can request changes for up to 5 days after this step has been completed.

 

Revenue Form

Step 1 - Provide our Requested information

Send through the following information to services@keela.com:

  • The website URL of your existing revenue form (if applicable)
  • Any extra questions that you would like us to ask your Payees on the form
  • Any bits of information that you need to collect/track from your Payees on the form
  • Any logos, images or colour schemes that you would like to be included on the form (if you've included a website URL of an existing revenue form, we'll take these details from there)

Step 2 - We'll Create Your Revenue Form

We'll create your revenue form and send it through to you for review! You'll have 5 days to review it and request any changes.

Subscription Form

Step 1 - Provide our Requested information

Send through the following information to services@keela.com:

  • The website URL of your existing subscription form (if applicable)
  • Any extra questions that you would like us to ask your Subscribers on the form
  • Any bits of information that you need to collect/track from your Subscribers on the form
  • Any logos, images or colour schemes that you would like to be included on the form (if you've included a website URL of an existing form, we'll take these details from there)

Step 2 - We'll Create Your Form

We'll create your subscription form and send it through to you for review! You'll have 5 days to review it and request any changes.

 

Membership Form

Step 1 - Provide our Requested information

Send through the following information to services@keela.com:

  • The website URL of your existing membership form (if applicable)
  • Confirmation that you have finished setting up your Memberships in your Keela account
  • Any extra questions that you would like us to ask your Members on the form
  • Any bits of information that you need to collect/track from your Members on the form
  • Any logos, images or colour schemes that you would like to be included on the form (if you've included a website URL of an existing member form, we'll take these details from there)

Step 2 - We'll Create Your Membership Form

We'll create your membership form and send it through to you for review! You'll have 5 days to review it and request any changes.

 

Custom Form

Step 1 - Provide our Requested information

Send through the following information to services@keela.com:

  • The website URL of your existing custom form (if applicable)
  • Any questions that you would like us to ask your Contacts on the form
  • Any bits of information that you need to collect/track from your Contacts on the form
  • Any logos, images or colour schemes that you would like to be included on the form (if you've included a website URL of an existing form, we'll take these details from there)

Step 2 - We'll Create Your Custom Form

We'll create your custom form and send it through to you for review! You'll have 5 days to review it and request any changes.
