Here at Keela, we're big on KPIs. My boss, Tasi, loves 'em! In fact she's kind of an expert on them which has trickled down to the rest of the Keela team. You can definitely see the benefits of this influence in many of Keela's Reporting tools.
In this article, you'll learn how to use Keela to calculate these metrics for yourselves!
What are KPIs?
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are those figures, numbers, percentages, calculations that you can use to measure some part of your organization, over a period of time. They're traditionally used to indicate the effectiveness of your organization when compared to your mission goals. Use them to celebrate successes and identify areas that you might need to work on.
