What is Engagement Stage?
Ever wonder who your most engaged donors are? All the data you need is in Keela, but it can be hard to see at a glance all the different interactions you've had with a contact to understand their engagement with your organization. With the Engagement Stage Insight, Keela brings together all the important data into an Engagement Stage.
How it Works
The Engagement Stage Insight is the result of an algorithm run every 24 hours in the Keela system across all your contacts looking at the following 'interactions':
- Financial Interactions: transactions (donations, revenue and soft credited transactions) and pledges.
- Physical Interactions: volunteering experience (records), event attendance (from eventbrite) and some manualy logged interactions.
- Digital Interactions: email openings and click, form responses, inbound emails and some manually logged interactions.
Keela examines the above interactions over the last 365 days - so if you had a brief interchange in 1979 it won't skew the data!
