We have an important update regarding KeelaPay accounts and donations. Our team has identified some irregular activity, and while there’s no need to worry, we’re taking proactive measures to ensure the system remains safeguarded and runs smoothly.
As part of this vigilance, you may experience intermittent access to your KeelaPay account, and some donors might see an “IP address blocked” error when attempting to make a donation. This is due to routine checks and protocols we’re running to maintain the highest security standards.
In the meantime, we recommend using PayPal or Stripe for your donation processing in Keela. (See External Payment Processors)
We’re working quickly to complete these tests and will share an update as soon as KeelaPay is operating as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Your trust and security are always our top priority!
