What is a Donor Readiness?
Donor Readiness refers to the likelihood for a donor to give in the next two weeks. It allows your organization to easily identify contacts who may be ready to give!
How does Keela determine Donor Readiness?
- Donor history of the contact.
- Interactions between your organization and the donor (i.e. how often you communicate).
- The local weather of the donor! Yes, you read that right, the weather has been proven to have an impact on the likelihood of a donor making a donation. Cool, right?
Donor Readiness Levels
There are three levels associated with Donor Readiness, identifying how likely your contact is to donate in the next two weeks - providing insight on whether or not its a good time to ask for a donation.
Ready
Contacts who are most likely to donate in the next two weeks. It may be a good time to reach out to them via personal email to see if they would like to donate to a specific campaign, impact area, etc.
Not sure how much to ask for once a donor is identified as ready? That's what the Smart Ask Insight is for!
