Great question! Your Professional Services Representative will be in touch with you to explain the process the week before your scheduled start date, but if you're extra keen to get started - we've got you covered here!
When you purchased your Professional Services, you were booked in for a specific Start Date with our team. You'll need to provide some information before this date so that we can get started.

I just purchased professional services? What should I be expecting?
Hooray! Welcome to the Keela family. Once you sign the Professional Services quote provided by our team, we will send you an email confirming your start date as well as provide you with instructions on what information you need to submit.
Once you have submitted all the requested information, our team will get started on your Professional Services and communicate any questions and/or recommendations.
After we complete your services, you will have 5 days to review and request any additional changes you would like us to make before we wrap up your services.
How long will it take to complete my Professional Services?
Our services generally take 2-3 weeks depending on the volume and complexity of the services you have purchased, as well as the timely submission of all the requested information by our team.
Do Professional Services expire if unused?
Yes - if your Professional Services Start Date is missed and we don't hear from you, your services will expire after 3 days. Please reach out to us prior to your service expiry if you wish to reschedule.
How do I reschedule my Professional Services Start Date?
Please reach out to us at services@keela.com before your Professional Services Start Date to reschedule for the next available time slot (or any slots after that!) In the meantime, please be sure to continue with your account setup by completing the Getting Started steps.
We are happy to reschedule although a small fee will apply (we’ve set aside this time just for you!):
- 1st Rescheduling - $50 one-time rescheduling fee
- 2nd Rescheduling - $100 one-time rescheduling fee
- 3rd Rescheduling - $100 one-time rescheduling fee
Please note that we are unable to reschedule more than 3 times.
Where can I find a list of the Professional Services that I purchased?
Great question! There are a couple of places that you can locate this information:
(1) In an email from services@keela.com - "Professional Services - Let's Get This Party Started!"
You'll receive this email within a few days of purchasing your Keela account. It will contain your Professional Services Start Date as well as a list of the services that you purchased. The email will also direct you to this article - perhaps you've already received it and that's why you're here!
(2) In your Keela Subscription receipt - from your Sales Representative
When you purchased Keela and your Professional Services, you were emailed a receipt from your Sales Representative. There, you'll find a breakdown of the Professional Services that you purchased.
