There are a couple of different ways that you can adjust, sort or edit the information that you view on your Contacts page.
How to change the Columns of your Contact Page
When viewing your Contacts, the system will display default columns of data (Full Name, Tags etc). However, you're welcome to change this to other columns to suit your own preferences!
Click on the Columns button
Click on the tickboxes for the columns of information that you would like to see displayed on the Contacts page > Click Save
How many Columns can I choose?
All of them, if you like! The system will allow you to scroll across the Contacts screen to view this information by utilizing the scroll bar at the bottom of the Contacts screen.
Is there a minimum number of Columns I need to display?
No - although we do recommend keeping at least the Full Name column!
How to Sort my Contacts
Many of the Columns that you can select on your Contacts page are sortable!
Click on the grey arrows beside the Column you would like to sort > The arrows will turn into a single purple arrow when a Column has been successfully sorted > Click on this purple arrow to flip the sort from A = Z and vice versa.
What Columns can be sorted on the Contacts page?
