Have you ever found yourself spending lots of time and resources reaching out to a donor only to discover that your energy may have been better spent on someone else? What is a Donor Score?
It's a score built specifically for your Contacts who have at least one donation on their profile. Keela examines several factors of the donor's giving history to determine the overall donation value that they have to your Organization.
Some of these factors include:
- The average total amount of donations the contact makes each year
- The number of years that the donor has been contributing to your organization
- Whether there has been an increase in these contributions in the last year
