How to Log a Receipt for a Single Revenue
(1) Click on the Contacts tool in the sidebar > Click on the Contact that you would like to log a receipt for > Click on the Fundraising tab > Select Transactions
(2) Click on the Revenue Record that you would like to create a receipt for.
(3) In the transaction details, select Create Receipt
In the pop-up information fields:
Ensure the Full Name, Full Address, and Email Address of the Contact are correct. Select "Send a receipt..." tick box if you want to automatically send a copy of this receipt to the Contact.
NOTE: As per best practices recommendations, a MailIng Address must be included on your receipt
How to Access and Download a Receipt
Once you've created a receipt, you can access it at any point by clicking on the Receipt hyperlink on the revenue record. The system will automatically show you a Preview of the Receipt. To download a copy of the receipt to your computer, click the purple Download button.
How to Re-Send a Receipt by Email
Look, no one is perfect! You've lost an email before. We've lost emails before. It happens! If your donor reaches out to you because they've misplaced one of their receipts, you can now resend it to them via email with just a few clicks.
Navigate to the donation on the Contact's profile > Click Actions > Click Re-Send Receipt
