The Onboarding Overview

We know that having a choice is important when it comes to starting out with a new onesystem! Some folks like to jump in and begin from the ground up - completing every step themselves! Other folks like a little bit of support here and there to make their set up a breeze.

That's why we offer optional and flexible Professional Services that you can choose from!

Want us to complete your Data Imports only? No worries - we offer a Professional Service just for this.

Want to do this yourself? No worries - we have oodles of resources to support you through the process!

No matter what you choose, it's important to know that you will be supported EVERY step of the way, regardless of which program you choose.

You'll be responsible for your own onboarding but Keela will provide the resources and materials to make you successful. You'll be utilizing the Keela Knowledge Base and the Getting Started Guide and our Customer Success team will be available every step of the way, should you have any questions or need additional assistance!

Professional Services Details

Although you'll be completing a majority of the setup steps, we offer pay-per-service Professional Services for the big stuff!

All professional services are $100/hr (with a $400 min).

The quotes for each service will definitely depend on your specific situation and what we'll be working with. However, we've knocked together a rough estimate in the below table to help out with figures.
