There are a lot of different tabs that can be accessed from within a Campaign in Keela. In this article, we'll be looking at the Fundraising tab.
You'll notice that Fundraising tab looks a little different than the rest - it's a drop-down menu that allows you to choose from three different options:
Transactions
The Transactions option allows you to view all donations and revenue payments that have been associated with this Campaign. These can include those that have been manually logged in Keela, imported into Keela, or received via a Form.
Important Note: In order for a donation or revenue payment to appear here it must be associated with this Campaign.
1) Contact
Here you'll see the name of the Contacts who have contributed to your Campaign. Click on their names to navigate to their profiles and view their contact information.
2) Date Received
This is the date that the donation or revenue payment was received.
3) Type
Here you will be able to identify which transactions are donations and which are revenues.
4) Total Amount
The total amount of the transaction.
5) Search bar
Looking for a specific transaction? Don't see this transaction at the top of your list? Enter the first word or letters of the Contact's name who made the transaction in the search bar to narrow down the list.
6) Filter
Have a lot of Transactions? Only want to see a specific Type? Look no further! Here you can filter the types of Transactions that appear in your list.
7) Create New
Click here to log a new Donation or Revenue payment within the Fundraising tab.
Hint: You can also log the donation on the Contact's profile - just be sure to select your Campaign in the Associations tab!
8) Page Count
Here you'll see the total number of transactions in your Campaign. The system displays 20 transactions at a time and you can flick between pages by using the arrow buttons.
Scheduled Recurring
The Scheduled Recurring option allows you to view all of those donations and revenue payments which are recurring and will be charged on ongoing bases and have been associated with this Campaign. These can include those that have been manually logged in Keela or received via a Form.
Important Note: In order for a recurring donation or revenue payment to appear here it must be associated with this Campaign.
1) Status
Here you'll see the Status of your recurring payments.
- Draft - The recurring payment has been manually logged but hasn't been published or completed yet.
- Active - the recurring payment has been logged and is complete - future charges will be applied to the Contact's credit card.
2) Billing Cycle
Here you'll see the frequency that the Contact will give (i.e. Monthly, Weekly, Quarterly).
3) Create New
You can create a new recurring donation or revenue payment by clicking on this button.
Hint: You can also do this from the Contact's profile- just be sure to select your Campaign in the Associations tab!
Pledges
The Pledges option allows you to view those Pledges which have been logged on a Contact's profile and associated with this Campaign.
Important Note: In order for a Pledge to appear here it must be associated with this Campaign.
1) Deadline
This is the agreed-upon date that the total amount of the Pledge will be contributed to your Organization by this Contact.
2) Create New
You can create a new Pledge by clicking on this button.
Hint: You can also do this from the Contact's profile- just be sure to select your Campaign in the Associations tab!
