Here's where Keela's Dashboard comes in! The Dashboard provides an overview of what's been happening in your organization recently and also outlines what you're working on at the moment. Think of it as a place to start your workday!
What's included on the Dashboard?
In the beginning, your Dashboard may look a little bare. We figure it's better to begin with a clean Dashboard and let you pick and choose what you'd like to see there. Here's an outline of what you'll see when you first log in to Keela:
(1) Welcome message
A nice little welcome message from us here at the Keela family when you log in.
(2) Manage Widgets/Add Widgets
Widgets are a fancy name for new sections that you can add to your Dashboard that display different types of information relevant to your Keela account. You can add/adjust them by clicking on these buttons (we'll discuss in this in more detail later!)
(3) General Updates
The General Updates section is a fixed section at the top of your dashboard and provides an overview of your database at a glance.
Here you will see the total new donations that have been received within the specific time period that you have selected.
Here you will see the total new revenue transactions (non-donation payments) that have been received within the specific time period that you have selected.
Here you will see the total number of new Contacts that have been added to your system within the specific time period that you have selected.
(4) Time Period
Use this dropdown list to specify the time frame that you would like to view General Updates for.
