Keela's Reports tool is the one-stop-shop to look at your organization's data in-depth. Here you can look at overarching trends, get a snapshot of some of your macro-level data and consolidate targeted lists of transactions, contacts or volunteer records.

Using the Reports Tool
Keela stores a ton of data, which are organized in different collections. You can report on these data collections by generating Contacts, Donations, Revenues or Volunteer record reports.
Keela provides "One-Click Reports", where relevant filters and widgets are already added, or you can create your own Custom Report. Whichever option you choose, you can always add additional filters to narrow down your criteria.
Steps to Build a Report
- Head to the Reports Tool
- Click "Create Dashboard"
- Choose between a One-Click or Custom Report

One-Click Reports
One-Click Reports will give you a list of pre-created reports where the filters have been automatically applied.
Custom Reports
Build a report from scratch and add the filters yourself.
- Custom Contacts Reports: This resource will allow you to look at lists of all the individuals and companies in your Keela account.
- Custom Transaction Reports: This resource will allow you to look at the list of all your donations and revenue payments in your Keela account.
- Custom Donations Reports: This resource will allow you to look at the list of all your donations in your Keela account.
- Custom Revenues Reports: This resource will allow you to look at the list of all your revenues in your Keela account.
- Custom Volunteer Records Reports: This resource will allow you to look at lists of all the volunteer activities in your Keela account.
