In this article, we'll be taking a look at the general structure of the Fundraising tab.
How to Navigate the Fundraising Tab
The Fundraising tab is available for those Forms which receive payments - Donation Forms and Revenue Forms. There are two options that you can choose from when you click on the Fundraising Tab:
Transactions
Here you will see the details of any single payments that have been made through your form. These are once-off donations or revenue payments that have been charged to a contact's credit card or PayPal account.
There are a couple of different pieces of information or actions that you can perform on the Transactions page:
(1) Contact Column
Here you will find the names of the individuals or organizations who have submitted payments through your form. You can click on the names of these Contacts to navigate to the Fundraising tab of their own profiles.
(2) Date Received Column
The date that the payment was processed through the form. Click on the arrows beside the column heading to sort the payments from newest to oldest (or vice versa).
(3) Total Amount Column
The total amount of funds that were received for each transaction. Click on the arrows beside the column heading to sort the payments from smallest to largest (or vice versa).
Note: Keela does not charge any extra transactional fees for payments that are processed through our forms - Hooray!
(4) Page Count
Here you'll see the total number of single payments that you've received. The system displays 20 responses at a time and you can flick between pages by using the arrow buttons.
(5) Search Bar
Looking for a specific transaction? Don't see this transaction at the top of your list? Enter the first name (or more) of the Contact in the search bar to narrow down the list.
(6) Receipt Column
When once-off transactions are submitted through a Keela Form, the payee will always receive a receipt. The type of receipt will depend on what kind of form the Contact is submitting their payment through - official donation receipts will be sent for Donation Forms and transaction receipts will be provided for Revenue Forms.
(7) Filters
Have a lot of transactions? Only want to see a certain type of transaction? Use the Filter tool to narrow down your list!
Scheduled Recurring
