Now that you've learned a little bit about what Forms are, why not take a look at where they can be created, customized and stored in your Keela account!
Navigating to Forms
Click on Forms in the sidebar
Understanding the Forms section
There are a couple of different pieces of information available on the Forms screen:
(1) Forms
This is the default screen that you'll be taken to when you click on Forms in the sidebar. Here, you'll see a complete list of all Forms in your account, except those that have been Archived.
(2) Archived
You can archive any forms that you no longer need, but wish to keep on file so that you can review them if needed. Archived forms will be stored in this tab.
(3) Search Bar
Looking for a specific form? Don't see this form at the top of your list? Enter the first word (or more) of the donation form in the search bar to narrow down the list.
(4) Filters
Have a lot of forms? Only want to see a specific type of form? Look no further! Here you can filter the types of forms that appear in your list.
(5) Notifications (bell icon)
Clicking on this icon will bring up a window that allows you to choose whether or not you would like to receive notifications when a new form response is submitted to a Published form.
(6) Create Form
Once you're comfortable with navigating around the Forms page, you might want to try your hand at creating a new form! Click on this purple button to begin the process.
(8) Select All/Select This Page Drop Down
Want to mass archive or delete your forms? Click on this arrow to select either all of your forms or all of the forms displayed on this page.
(9) Column Headers
There are five columns for each form - I've outlined more details about each below.
(10) Select Box
Perhaps you would like to archive or delete a couple of forms (but not all)? Click on these tick boxes to select the forms you would like to move or remove.
(11) Name Column
This column displays the name that you or a team member entered when a form was created. You can click on any of the forms to adjust the information on it.
(12) Form Type Column
We've already discussed the different types of forms that can be created in Keela. You can view the type of an existing form in this column.
(13) Status Column
There are three types of statuses available for forms:
- Published - This form has been Published and can accept submissions from your Contacts, Donors, Members, and more!
- Draft - Your form has been created but is yet to be Published. You will need to publish this form before submissions can be accepted.
- Closed - This form has been Closed by you or a team member. The form can no longer accept submissions. If anyone tries to access the form, they will be directed to the Form Closed Page.
(14) Responses Column
This column displays the number of individual responses that have been submitted to your form.
(15) Page Count
Here you'll see the total number of non-archived forms in your Keela account. The system displays 20 forms at a time and you can flick between pages by using the arrow buttons.
