What is a Subscription Form?
Forms are stand-alone web pages or little boxes embedded into a website that allow a person to enter information. They have blank fields where you can enter your name, drop-down boxes that you can select options from, and other special functions.
Subscription Forms allow individuals and organizations to physically opt-in to being contacted by your organization.
What happens when a Contact completes a Subscription Form?
There are several different automated processes that occur when a response is submitted through a Subscription Form. Let's take a look!
(1) Subscriber's Information
If the subscriber is a new Contact, a new Contact profile will be created in Keela with the information provided in the form.
(2) Subscription Information
The Contact record's subscription status will be updated to Opted-In.
