What is a Custom Form?
Forms are stand-alone web pages or little boxes embedded into a website that allow a person to enter information. They have blank fields where you can enter your name, drop-down boxes that you can select options from, and other special functions.
Custom Forms are those forms that do not accept donations, revenue payments, memberships or subscription sign-ups. Instead, they are used to collect Contact information.
What are some examples of Custom Forms?
You can add as many questions to a Custom Form as you like so the possibilities are endless!
- Registrations for classes, workshops or events (no purchase required)
- Collecting information
- Volunteer sign-ups or expressions of interest
What happens when a Contact completes a Custom Form?
There are several different automated processes that occur when a response is submitted through a Subscription Form. Let's take a look!
